I had what I thought was a minor slip coming out of the shower one evening and quickly got back on my feet. However, days later, I was hit with some of the worst lower back pain I’ve ever experienced at just 39. I couldn’t even drive; it became an agonizing task.

I reached out to Roxs, thinking a massage might help. As soon as she placed her hand on my lower back, she calmly said, “Your hip is out of place.” Imagine my shock……She reassured me that injuries like this typically require about five days of treatment but offered a three-day plan that included some “homework” 😅 on my part to support the healing process.

I’m happy to report that after my treatment, I’ve never experienced that lower back pain again. Roxs also explained that my body may remember 😅 the pain, not because it was still there, but due to muscle memory. Overall, I’d rate the experience a 10 out of 10.

I had to fly in from Tobago to be treated by Roxanne. I was debating whether the money and the trip would be worth it since I tried so many doctors and therapists before to no end but my friend pleaded with me to give her a try, and it was. I spent a two weeks in Trinidad and everyday I felt better and better until my course of therapy was over.
